How to Request Account Deletion

يمكنك تقديم طلب حذف حسابك من داخل تطبيق بوابة الوكيل FiberX باتباع الخطوات التالية. يُرسل الطلب إلى الإدارة للمراجعة، ولا يُحذف الحساب فوراً.

You can submit a request to delete your account from inside the FiberX Agent Portal app by following these steps. The request is sent to the administration for review, and the account is not deleted immediately.

الخطوات

  1. افتح التطبيق وانتقل إلى «حسابي» من الشريط السفلي.
  2. اضغط على «طلب حذف الحساب».
  3. أدخل رقم هاتفك العراقي بصيغة 07xxxxxxxxx‏.
  4. اكتب سبب طلب حذف الحساب، من 10 إلى 500 حرف.
  5. اضغط على «إرسال طلب حذف الحساب».
  6. عند ظهور نافذة التأكيد، اضغط على «إرسال الطلب».

بعد الإرسال

بعد نجاح الإرسال، ستظهر رسالة تؤكد استلام طلبك. ستراجع الإدارة الطلب وسيتم التواصل معك للتأكيد. يمكنك الاستمرار باستخدام التطبيق بعد إرسال الطلب، ولا يتم تسجيل خروجك تلقائياً.

ملاحظة مهمة

إرسال الطلب لا يعني حذف الحساب مباشرة. قد يؤدي قبول طلب الحذف إلى إيقاف وصولك إلى حساب الوكيل والخدمات المرتبطة به.

Steps

  1. Open the app and go to “My Account” from the bottom bar.
  2. Tap “Request account deletion”.
  3. Enter your Iraqi phone number in the format 07xxxxxxxxx.
  4. Write the reason for requesting account deletion, from 10 to 500 characters.
  5. Tap “Send account deletion request”.
  6. When the confirmation window appears, tap “Send the request”.

After you send the request

After the request is sent successfully, a message will appear confirming that your request has been received. The administration will review the request and will contact you to confirm. You can continue using the app after sending the request, and you are not signed out automatically.

Important note

Sending the request does not mean the account is deleted immediately. If the deletion request is accepted, it may stop your access to the agent account and the services linked to it.
